Jennie's Visit to Singapore

I'm so glad that Jennie Gao (my ex-dorm mate @ Duke) decided to visit Singapore. She was holidaying in the Philippines when she met some friends from Singapore who invited her to stay with them. I met Jennie today near my house and we walked to the Adam Road Hawker Centre. This time, I tried the Nasi Lemak from Stall 1 instead of Stall 2 (I really think Stall 2 sucks, why is the line so long then???). Stall 1 is better than Stall 2 but I must say the woman serving the food is REALLLLLyyyyy slow. Yah lah business very good right...but can't you snip the chicken a bit faster?
It's good that Jennie is willing to bear the intolerable heat to eat at our hawker centre - that's where you get to try the more authentic local delights. She also tried the lychee drink and I got milo dinosaur. Actually that's my first time having milo dinosaur since I seldom eat at a hawker centre as Dad usually buys food home for the whole family. I find the milo dinosaur residue a bit gross and goodness knows how many calories there are in it!
I hope you're having a great time in Singapore, Jennie!!!!
