Another day @ Office

OMG my nails are turning blue! It is quite cold in office today and there is not much left to do besides a long long long report on the whole phosphate business thing. I am beginning to dream about the project…which is bad because it shows how much this project is affecting me.
I did 2.4km in 16:40 today despite stopping jogging after 4 rounds and switching to interval training for the last two rounds. Or is interval training faster than jogging? HMMmmmzzz. Anyway I switched to alternately running and walking because I ran out of breath or is it I ran out of determination. Aiyah… I still don’t get why I should torture myself to get thinner. Must psycheup myself that exercising is not equal to torture.
I’m on the “half” diet now. Everything I get, I just eat half and I realize that I am full already. For those of you who have seen me eating, I finish up pretty fast right so probably no time for my system to feedback that I am already full so I end up overeating every single time. Then also, you know I hate to waste food…arghhh
I just finished the 3rd episode of the Hotelier. I can’t believe that Frank (Bae) actually flew all the way to Korea just to get to know the girl better! Goodness me. Then he had this kill two birds with one stone scheme. He requested to stay in the hotel that the girl works in, while he is actually planning a merger/acquisition of that particular hotel. Smart smart…
What is every one up to for the New Year? Mine will probably be a quiet one…maybe I’ll go set up a date with my dad for cycling/rollerblading at East Coast Park provided it doesn’t rain!
