Another week has passed...so fast. Just doing work...
My com service at St James CC has started. I'm mentoring this 8th grade black gal called Ash-lee. She's really guai and very sweet...likes to draw. I help her out with her homework which is usually either Math or reading. She couldn't read many common words (like future, bumped..etc). Dunno what those teachers are doing in school... perhaps just getting money and slacking (reminds us of a certain gp teacher rite?). But then, all my reading foundation was built up by my mom so I wouldn't know if my teachers had done a great job or not.
Should I join Taekwondo or Karate? Hmmmm....sigh. All the practices are at night...so troublesome cuz Taekwondo is on West campus (15min night bus ride) and the bus doesn't come so often. And it's not like campus is that safe also. Karate is near my dorm but it has practices on Saturday (come on..that's sleeping time...).I guess I'll go for the Taekwondo meeting tonight...dunno what it'll be like leh. Afterward I kena the only Asian there then so uncomfortable one....
