damn! things are going topsy turvy.I just updated my blog only to realise that the page has timed out on me!See lah, now must retype. Blogspot hung the whole of yesterday dunno if I should change the server.
I am currently sitting at my desk with a pile of tissues surrounding me. My nose is as raw and red as rudolph the reindeer and I feel like crap. *sneeze*
However, I'm surprised by how caring my friends over here are=). Pat gave me some herbal tea sachets to prepare,Kim gave me flu medication and Teng yee offered her medication for clearing blocked noses.
Today I jus bummed around with the fellow Singaporean gals. They left for a midnight movie (cruel intentions) but I was too sick to join them.
FAQ: Do I miss home? NO!Absolutely not!I realise that my room has more privacy than at home although I'm literally a princess at home (yah can see SOMEONE grinning and nodding knowingly ah). Without empress dowager ruling my life, I feel more qing song.
Do I like Duke: Of course!It's a really beautiful campus as in REALLY beautiful. The chapel is gorgeous during sunset you should really see it manz. The weather here is mild though temperatures are falling quite fast and I may have to abandon my spag strap/sleeveless outfits for warmer ones.
How is uni life diff from jc life: you are more free!Definitely, I only have 2 lessons a day except on thursday when i have 3 lessons. However, you're supposed to be more responsible for yourself. I can see that most ppl take their studies real seriously and there is no talking during lectures (altho there is sleeping). Professors are generally v approachable, esp my Math prof. He's an old man but really nice and patient and best, is willing to go at our pace of understanding.

Currently looking forward to:Mom's speed post package. It's supposed to contain mooncakes, though not my fav snowskin ones cuz they require refrigeration. Also got other goodies coming up in the package...Can't wait to receive it.I can imagine how many Singaporeans will suddenly become my friend because of the food.=P (aiyah they're frens already so it doesn't make a diff)
