Putting Public Speaking Skills into Practice

This is the first time that someone has shown appreciation when I used the new slide formatting skills for my group's Cost Accounting presentation. Apparently, the prof was impressed with our very consistent formatting and the presence of the Stanford logo on each slide at the same place. Little did I expect the compliments to come from him because it is after all, accounting and you also would rather concentrate on the accuracy of the numbers right?
What I really like about this professor is that he is really nice (and really slack). Which prof actually allows you to check the answers for the project with him? He even tells students his method if they are really confused!
