Swee San Appears on the Duke Chronicle

To my consternation, many of my friends commented that I appeared on the Thursday Duke Chronicle (school newspaper) in the most unbecoming pose. It happened that YQ, Jeremy and I were free-riding on dinner...it was Junior's dinner (and we're Sophomores, technically). Somehow the @#$% photographer decided to take a photo of our table while we were unaware. Jeremy was animatedly in conversation with YQ about US ppl who "colonized" South Americans etcetc, while YQ was ruminating on his dinner and I was...bent over my plate, intent on finishing the chicken burger. Yes...eating like a dog. Oh welll......only half my face appeared + my greasy hair (I jus came from the gym). Jeremy looked real funny though...he was caught waving his hand and his mouth was open in mid sentence.
hee hee hee...
So maluating.
I need to improve my dining etiquette.

I'm off for an Asian Student Assoc mixer + party. For once in a few months, I am nicely preened and actually have make up on. *rolls eyes*

And I think I'm spending my fall break visiting Qiuwei @ Upenn and going to Boston yet again. Boston is an interesting city...historical, lively and worth another visit.=)
